It was indeed, a privilege to be the leader for a unit of 82 people for the entire course duration. One of the best part of my college life. Learnt a lot from being a leader, it really helped me in honing my Officer Like Qualities (OLQs).
I'm a person who firmly believes that for being a good leader, the basic necessity is not the skills & personality. But passion & perseverance to the work committed and the support & cooperation of the people who we command/lead.
The biggest lesson / the so called "Success Mantra" behind a successful leadership.
